This notice explains how Martina e Oltre Consulting processes the personal data of people who visit this website or fill in the contact form, in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

1. Data Controller

The Data Controller is Martina Venchiarutti, trading as Martina e Oltre Consulting (trade name registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, KVK), based in 1069 LE Amsterdam, the Netherlands, VAT number NL005431084B72.

For any request regarding the processing of personal data, you can write to martina@martinaeoltre.com.

2. What data I collect and why

The site does not require registration and does not collect personal data during ordinary browsing, other than the technical data described in section 6. Personal data is collected only if you choose to get in touch using the "Book a call" form:

Email address
Phone number
Company name
Preferred contact time (optional)
Message (optional)

This data is used only to: reply to your request, contact you back to arrange an introductory call and, if you wish, explore a possible collaboration together (pre-contractual steps).

Your data is not used for any marketing purpose beyond the above, is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes, and is not subject to any automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Legal basis for processing

Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given via the checkbox when you submit the contact form;
Pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), to explore a possible collaboration at your request;
Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR), for technical data automatically collected for website security purposes (see section 6).

Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to the email address in section 1, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

4. Who your data is shared with

Data collected through the contact form is processed directly by me and, for strictly technical reasons related to how the site works, may pass through the following providers, acting as processors or under otherwise adequate safeguards:

Formspree, Inc. (United States) — used to receive and forward by email the messages submitted through the contact form. The transfer of data to the United States relies on the safeguards provided by applicable law (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses). More information: Formspree's privacy policy.
Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — used for the business mailbox (Google Workspace) through which incoming requests are read and managed.

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

5. How long I keep your data

Data collected through the contact form is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if no ongoing collaboration follows, is deleted within 24 months of the last contact. If a collaboration begins, data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the period afterwards required by applicable tax and legal obligations.

6. Cookies and technical browsing data

At present, this website does not use profiling cookies or third-party cookies, and is not connected to any traffic analytics tool (e.g. Google Analytics) or advertising tool (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Ads). No non-essential cookie is installed without your prior consent.

Like any website, the server hosting this site automatically collects some technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access) for as long as strictly necessary to keep the service secure and working correctly, based on the Controller's legitimate interest.

If tools that involve non-essential cookies are introduced in the future (for example Google Analytics), this notice will be updated accordingly and a dedicated banner will let you accept, reject or manage your preferences before those tools are activated.

7. Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to ask at any time, by writing to martina@martinaeoltre.com, for:

access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR);
correction of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR);
erasure of your data, where legally applicable (Art. 17 GDPR);
restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
data portability (Art. 20 GDPR);
objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR);
withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You may contact the data protection authority of your own country of residence, or, since the Controller is based in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

8. Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated from time to time, for example following the introduction of new tools on the site. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page. We encourage you to check back periodically.
